Le Métin - Mettet

Family birthday meal. This is where the reservation was made, the parents being regular customers. We will be almost the first to arrive this Sunday. The restaurant, well located along a main street, is easy to find and parking is ample. The reception is very good. The service is top notch (smiling and fast) and will remain so throughout the meal. The cuisine is unsurprising (we are in a brasserie), the menu is relatively short (always a good idea) but everything is impeccably cooked and the quantities are more than sufficient. Very good homemade sauces to accompany the beef and very good desserts. No surprise in prices. Always a lot of people (the large room can be noisy) but it's deserved. A good address. Parking: Room for probably around fifty cars.

We came to eat a Saturday night. Two big tables tonight, so necessarily a lot of noise. overall, we loved the meal: good board and entrance. for the dish, we chose the cute net that was very good but not served hot enough. Salad with a trace of sand. Too bad. to finish, delicious dessert

Very welcoming restaurant, easy parking, pleasant setting and decoration. very interesting staff, listening. pretty outdoor terrace. diversified map, beautiful assortment of wine. good quality/price.
