Chipotle Mexican Grill - Metuchen

This is my second visit, and I'm disappointed. How can you have steak on the menu if you don't actually have any available to serve?

The presentation was terrible; it resembled soup rather than what I expected. The woman at the cash register insisted that this was what I ordered, but if I wanted soup, I would have asked for a bowl. It feels rude and disrespectful to treat customers this way. Additionally, there was a significant delay, and after a long wait for my online order, they completely ruined my lunch.

This restaurant serves smaller portion sizes. When I inquired with the staff about it, they mentioned that this is standard for their servings, but they are significantly smaller than what you would typically expect. It seems that the staff could benefit from some retraining on portion sizes.

Service is not really the strong point. The staff is not very friendly. Worst part is they wrap up things much earlier than the advertised store hours and doesn't replenish even around 45 min before closure. Had 2 experiences along same line.

Bad service, they run out of ingredients and charge you full price and don't tell you ahead of time. Place is filthy and the food is of worse quality than other locations around. Just drive another 10 minutes to a different one.
