Bidra med feedbackWhile the ice cream and the work that goes into their wonderful edible creations, I have to point the training that they need to give their young employees. I stopped by last week on Thursday. I could not help to notice that there was a kid there who, although not wearing an apron kept going behind the counter to get ice cream. Then, I was shocked to see him, climb over the counter, legs touching the counter to come on the side where customers would normally stand...not good! With the pandemic continuing, being clean and safe is also just as important. I, then said to the other young man behind the counter to please make sure he wipes down the counter which he did. After this, he gave the kid more ice cream. Not sure if this kid is someone new or not but he needs to be trained and spoken to.
Sooo after not coming in for over a year after my last last review SAME experience again ...counter person waited on 2 people before me then went in the back room while I waited in the front....when he finally returned I asked for a shake and was told I couldn't get one....OK i get the point my business isn't welcomed here
Had a mango-passion fruit bubble tea and I loved it. Many selections of ice cream with eye- catching interiors. Fun to watch them dish out ice cream rolls live.
Amazing place for ice cream. They have rolled ice cream which is delicious and always fun to watch them make. They also offer bobba tea but I didn't try any. The service was very friendly. The ice cream was delicious. Over all, happy with my experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
The ice cream is wonderful here. But there is a new young black lady working there today (Sunday 2/20/22) who simply ignored my polite request for a thick chocolate milkshake with a touch of vanilla ice cream. Without acknowledging my request, she created a watery shake with mostly vanilla ice cream. I watched her as she created this shake and tried to stop her from making it with with no regard for my preferences as a customer. She handed me this unacceptable milkshake with a haughty attitude, as if she were the owner. Then she said that ‘this is the way we typically make a milkshake !’. Huh ? So a customer who orders a milkshake cannot have it made how they want it .... they must accept the way it is ‘typically made’ ? I am an almost-daily milkshake customer who tips very well — my name is Henry for those who might know me. The young lady seems bright, but seems to have a sense of entitlement about her, given how she simply ignored my attempts to talk to her and have her create the shake that I want as a customer. I have been waited on by many different servers at Luigi’s and have alwys had my order made perfectly — its not rocket science, you just have to care enough to listen. I will look in the door from now on, and if she is there I’ll walk on by....Henry
