The Buttery Bake Shoppe - Metuchen

This was truly exceptional! I will definitely reorder because it was the best birthday cake I've ever seen—so beautifully made. They really made my baby's day by creating the perfect Baby Shark cake for his birthday!

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The bread is fantastic, and the variety is impressive. Their cakes and pastries are delicious as well. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the experience even better.

I absolutely adore the rye bread, and the donuts and rolls are substantial in size. My favorite cookie is the large almond cookie, while my husband is a big fan of the éclairs.

Came through on thanksgiving day! Saved the day with a pumpkin pie. Everything there looked fantastic. It is the traditional bake shops from yesteryear with bread, cakes, cookies, cupcakes, danishes and so much more. Just in town for the day but wish I could go there every morning on my way to the train. They are right across from the Metuchen train station
