Subway - Miami Beach

Great Subway! Everything here is really fresh. My personal favorite is the Black Forest ham with provolone, dipped in hot cheddar and broccoli soup. This is the only Subway on the beach that hasn’t been closed down. The staff is very professional, and the owner is a really nice guy who always hires great people. I've been eating here since 2016, and I’ve never had any complaints. I highly recommend it! You can mention that I sent you or not—either way, you’ll enjoy your meal.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was incredibly fast, and the customer service was impeccable. The staff is great!

Bad experience on this subway. I wait about 10 minutes to be the only customer in the line, and the employee at the time had his back to us to prepare the bread in the oven... what is the point of plucking the bread if you don't serve the customer? ..if I asked, will you now take our order? The guy looked at us with an annoyed reaction and said I had to do this first... never seen such bad service before. The customer comes first over the bread.

The employee was in another world and made the sandwich. Peperoni and some meat I never asked. I told them, "I have never asked why are you doing this? Do you make another sandwich?” No answer, and then HUH? Then behaved with “You certainly don’t want anything else, don’t want anything else, you sure?” About 8 times asked what? And ended with very slowly falling 5 paper napkins

Bathrooms were disgusting. Then the guy working there asked my husband if they were clean instead of checking and cleaning them. He stated that he couldnt clean it cause he had to make food. I definitely wasnt eating there.
