Carvel Express - Miami-Dade County

Great customer service! I had called a few Carvels around to see if they could make the strawberry carvelog. Some said they didn?t know what it was , other just kinda brushed it off when asked about it. When I called this particular carvel, a very nice man answered and said sure I can make anything you?d like just give me 2 days. I had told him I saw one online that had strawberries n he made the exact same one. It was delicious ! DELICIOUS !! To top it all off it ithad strawberry jelly in the middle . I will gladly take the extra 15 min drive to come to this particular carvel. Thank you so much for my cake !

The store is not of the best, but offers everything. Very good selection of cakes at different sizes and appears clean. They open 7 days until 11 PM. The will write your message on any cake. And, the Carvel ice cream tastes amazing!

The owner is so sweet. He always has the best customer service and always serves with a smile. He even gave our dog a special whipped cream treat. ????????????Thank you !!!

I genuinely love this Carvel. I have had many special experiences with my family and the cakes taste delicious. The owner is amazing and treats every customer with kindness. I would refer this Carvel to anyone.

Carvel never disappoints employee was extremely friendly, didn't speak English, which was ok because I speak Spanish, and she explained shes trying to learn. The owner is always present and is always welcoming. Truly a staple in the community.
