Boston Market - Miami

This is boston the market is mine to eat today. a complete meal for 3 somewhere between $23 and $27. less than what they would pay if they bought and made this fantastic juicy redisserie huh their own. the sweet is also crazy. especially the framed spinach! a person could buy a meal for three and eat for 3 to 4 days. that's worth it! The huh is good when I had a nice restaurant in many. they even serve desserts! it is hella crazy how high foods are nowadays! boston market has a solution.

I am not sure how to start this review. For beginners, the chicken was dry and as tiny as a Cornish hen. The garlic herb sauce was sour (as in spoiled . There were no fountain drink available. There was no Nashville hot sauce to put on the chicken. When we asked for Cesar salad the response was we have no cheese we only have croutons and lettuce. As far as other drinks only bottled water, Diet Coke, and sprite were available at limited quantities. Unfortunately the food rating fell flat. The only reason this store is getting three stars is for the exceptional service we received from all the employees working, the bathrooms were immaculate, and the store was clean. It may be a while before we come back though. We were a bit disappointed.

The restaurant SMELLS badly. This is very alarming. The staff are quite nice. I was told to wait for my order of chicken pot pie for 15 minutes until it finished baking. After about 20 minutes, I was notified that a staff member had forgotten to ever place them in the oven in the first place.

A terrible service. my mother can't go so she placed an online order for the order pickup. 30 min tried to get her food. Nobody answered the phone. she went through the drive and asked why nobody answered the phone. the exact words of these were that I can't do anything about it. perhaps a meeting is justified to teach customer service. incredible! came at 7:30 o'clock, left at 8:10.

This is the last Boston Market anywhere around the area I live in. There used to be several of them in this area but the rest of them closed down. I'm so glad they kept this one open because their food is always delicious, the staff is helpful, polite and they get your order together quickly and accurately. It's a great place the get a meal that is like home cooking without the hassle of preparing a full meal which comes with a huge mess to clean up after you've eaten and fed your family. If you go to this Boston Market you get the delicious, home-cooked meal without the mess.
