Burger King - Miami

My experience was not what I expected. The restaurant needs a good cleaning; the bathroom looked awful, as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Dining here does not meet the standards I anticipate.

There were no chocolate shakers available, and the person who was taking out the trash in the back didn’t have any gloves on.

Honestly, it was the best Burger King experience I've ever had. I was driving along West Flagler Road with my 8-year-old daughter, and she wanted to stop at the restaurant. We parked and went inside, where we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. I ordered two savory meal combos for us, and everything was perfect. The fries were perfectly cut and crispy, and the salads were a nice touch on the burgers! The manager was wonderful, and we were served by a great man whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. He really exemplified excellent management! We'll definitely be back—5 stars!

That is the worst bk at all that they never have anything they do not open in the morning, they do not take any drive thru order, eating is cold unprofessional children working here. this bk should be closed for publicity. they do not take on the drive thru, because the young who are to take orders make up on the parking lot. disgusting

The cashier it’s playing with his phone before get ready the order. And gives the worst attention. And the employees don’t have the name in his shirt
