Chef Yank - Miami

I ordered food through DoorDash, and unfortunately, it was salty and overcooked. I called the restaurant to speak with TY, who instructed me to bring the food back so they could address the issue. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. He insisted that there was nothing wrong with the food and refused to refund my money. I repeatedly tried to explain my situation, but he became angry and hostile towards me. TY, a woman, was present but did nothing to intervene as this man confronted me. I had to take public transportation to get there, which wasted both my time and money. If you choose to eat here, you’re supporting a man who disrespects women and a woman who seems comfortable with that behavior.

Firstly, the customer service was absolutely dreadful. I read the reviews but thought I'd give them a chance. However, the woman at the front was so rude that I couldn't even complete my order. They didn't have enough change, and when I suggested going to get some change while they prepared my order, she arrogantly replied that they don't do that. Since this isn't the first complaint I've seen about her, I hope the management addresses the issue. I strongly advise against wasting your time at this place.
