This has happened to me before. I ordered a plain, well-done cheeseburger, but they put ketchup on it instead. Since it’s a drive-thru, I don’t realize it until I get home.
When they were rebuilt, it seems they definitely got new chefs because I no longer taste the delicious old flavors from years ago! Haha!
After waiting over 20 minutes without being served, we called the restaurant, and it seemed like no one was aware of our wait. It appears that a few teenagers are running the place with little organization. Additionally, despite specifically requesting a toy for my child's Happy Meal, they ended up giving us something totally different. I believe it's time to consider dining elsewhere.
