Bidra med feedbackI ordered online and accidentally included pickles, so I went to the restaurant before my sandwich was made. When I arrived, the lady was about to prepare my sandwich, and I asked her to skip the pickles. However, she insisted that she had to add them since they were part of the online order and went ahead and put them on anyway. Naturally, I refused to take the sandwich, and a coworker apologized and made me a new one. It was clear that the woman didn’t enjoy her job; she appeared to be in her 50s and it was uncomfortable to see her attitude. If you visit, I suggest steering clear of her.
The woman who takes orders has terrible customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend going to that Subway.
We recently had a terrible experience with the woman who claimed to be "the manager." Our group of friends, both guys and girls, was chatting about how good the food at Subway is. After waiting for 30 minutes, the lady asked us to wait for her because she was preparing bread for future customers. We couldn't believe it, so we decided to leave.
Placed a mobile order at this location at 3:55pm. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional. The salad was perfectly made. The bag had everything it had to. Just enough napkins, silverware and croutons. Doesn’t sound like a big deal but it is. It is not very often you get great service with a smile. Thank you for making my order. :
They charged us extra because we only wanted one type of meat. They still made our sub wrong. They didn’t want to exchange it. They said they had to call their manager. They finally decided to exchange it but with an attitude. Yes it’s fresh but their customer service is awful!
