I was quite disappointed with the food. Having dined at many upscale restaurants, I found ToroToro to be one of the least impressive. I won't be returning. I'm truly sorry to say this!

The experience was excellent, but the prices were quite high. The food and service were remarkable, and the decor was impressive. However, the noise level and the cost left something to be desired.
