Bidra med feedbackOrdered in store, 2 classic regular bowls. Açaí tasted like it was freezer burnt, didn’t add the honey to mine. Both bowls looked different. 2 people ordered in store after us and received their orders before us. WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH FOOD OR SERVICE.
I wanted a smoothie bowl and what I got was a granola bowl with a TINY amount of smoothie. Not worth $12! Although the fruit on top was fresh. My friend's smoothie was entirely frozen since the bowl bases are pre-made. He couldn't eat it and just ended up throwing it away after eating all the toppings. The whole experience was underwhelming for too much money. You're better off getting a popsicle or making your own bowl.
Very delicious!!!!!! The fruit is pretty fresh. The only thing I don’t care for is that they freeze the fruit throughout the day and the kiwi and blueberries can become very mushy because of this
Hands down the worst service I have ever experienced will not return. Takes over 30 minutes to get a bowl.
One would think after all of the negative customer service reviews that the owner would realize they need better training and more focus on friendliness and efficiency. I visited months ago and received the smallest bowl ever only filled halfway. I contacted the owner and she gave me the same tired speech that apparently she's given others so I stayed away for several months. Decided to try it again recently in the hopes there was either new management or new employees. This time my bowl was filled to the top (thankfully) however the employees still don't greet anyone and barely speak so awkward and uncomfortable. Please step up your game and improve the service and atmosphere here it really will make a difference!
