Bidra med feedbackThis place has the best Shawarma in the area. The mix Shawarma plate gives a wide selection of beef, chicken and lamb every delicious. They offer many options for side dishes, salad, frits, rice, soup, all in generous portions. The restaurant is very clean and the staff was all friendly and offers excellent service. Extremely inexpensive menu! The place is a bit away in a small stripe mall, but wow, if you want a fantastic meal, I recommend Shish Kabob!
We were in town for the first time and decided to look for a halal restaurant to have our Iftar at (break our fast in the month of Ramadan). We don’t go to restaurants that sell alcohol, so we made sure of that before going, and they told us that the food is halal. Once we got there, we saw that it’s basically a huge place split into two. A market and a restaurant, as well as a hookah lounge next door. I’m not sure if the hookah area is accessible from the restaurant or not but they had signs up all over the market for hookah related things. We got the House Platter, which basically contains all the different meats they prepare as well as grape leaves and falafel served on pita and a plate of rice. This was more than enough for the two of us. The food was delicious. We also got the Veggie Platter which consists of falafel, hummus, baba ghannouge, and labne. It also comes with pita bread. We were unable to eat this at the restaurant so we took it to go and ate it later at night. I know that usually these appetizers are served with olive oil on top. It was delicious but I’d probably prefer it to be less drenched in oil. Nevertheless, we were happy to have tried this restaurant. They offered baklava and knafeh for dessert, as well as a few other things that were in the fridge (Nutella filled/cream filled tiny crepe type dessert). We decided to try the knafeh since it was different than the one we usually have. The knafeh we’re used to is two crunchy layers with cheese in the middle. The one from here I believe is the na’ameh/nabulsi style, which is cheese that has a smooth layer on top. We enjoyed the knafeh, but probably should’ve taken it to go since we felt heavy afterwards. The restaurant was a bit on the chilly side, so the food got cold pretty quickly. Another couple who came to dine in also mentioned that it was a bit cold. The ground shish kabob was a bit on the salty side. They only had fountain soda available at the time. The Pepsi was more on the runny/watery side to the point where it didn’t even taste like soda. If they slightly adjust the syrup to water ratio I’m sure it will be better. I would recommend others to visit this restaurant as their food was great!
This restaurant has the freshest meat I know the difference between good and bad food but I was not ready for this food it was absolutely amazing especially the shish ground kafta it was absolutely delightful. I highley recomand this resteraunt to anyone who can can stop by.
I came in to town for a visit and I stopped by this restaurant and never have I thought I could be eating a dish this delicious in my entire life and the workers were extremely polite and really kind they gave me a plate of hummus with bread on the house to introduce me to the type of people they were I really recommend it to others.
The food is surprisingly good! I can't say anything bad about this place. I eat here all the time!
