Bidra med feedbackSally should not be a server. unhappy, (3 times) and never checked for us. I should have been looking for another server after the second. I've never thought of doing this anywhere. the only time she was almost decent when she brought the leak and could not smile yet. the busboy was the highlight of our dinner. concerning eating, I had to send back my main rib, which was well done was not medium and the taste was simply not there. very disappointed.
Was very disappointed by our culinary experience for the whole hype about this place. first line our waitress was very condensing and rude as a labor for them in anyway our food was not right to begin and never even smiled during our dining room experience or if that was not right and we asked to have the main rib sent back to fix it absolutely no mistakes as it can be the food was very disappointed in the average best for upscale restaurants I had better service in chain infeed houses. I would not recommend this to others! Perhaps a bad night her but of course it should be up to an excellent culinary experience all over the way. Our waitress was sally and actually spoke with restaurant manager to complain about how bad an experience it was.
No one in the restaurant, but the hostess would not put us. I won a bit of money and wanted to buy my son and two friends a steak. I expected more. I mean, this is michigan city, not new york. we go somewhere else to spend money.
Let's start by saying that the service is great! the brot was soft and they give them 3 different spreads for their brot (cheese, butter, garlic butter) yum. the drinks were a fairer price and fantastic. that's where the good ends. the caesar salads dressing was much too mago-y and the parmasean crawling up was as hard as a rock. the anchovy had to be immersed in lemon to cut the salt. apropos salt, my main meal had absolutely nothing of the chicken oscar. no season. it was so bad. my fiancée steak ordered her medium and it came out that she rarely moaned. the sides suffered the same fate as the kartoffeln no salt. guess what.. we went to grab the salt shaker to add salt to our own. you guessed it! the man or the owner came up and asked us how it was eating. I told him you must have a salt shortage and go on to explain everything wrong. then he told me he was cool with the cook and he'll let him know. that means nothing was told to him, I'm sure. we have no discounts or offers of any kind to solve the problem. Luckily, this meal was composed by the casino. avoid them costing to all unless to a drink and a little broth!
Food was good. I would return. The calamari and shrimp was ok. Mushrooms were good. Carrot cake was very good. My filet mignon and lobster was great. Husband enjoyed his steak. Lobster mac n cheese was good. Sweet potato was good.. Servers were attentive. Great ambiance.
