Today we visited this café. We used to love it, but now we were very disappointed. The pizza arrived before the Caesar salad. One person ate the pizza while the other two waited for the salad for about 10 minutes. When the Caesar salad finally came, it was without croutons, and the waiter, named Vladimir, insisted that they were included. He also cleared the dirty dishes in parts. Our table was under the air conditioning unit, and there were no other available spots. We asked him twice to lower or turn it off, but our requests were ignored. Moreover, it was a rainy and cool day. When we were leaving, the manager offered us a piece of cake to make up for the inconvenience, but the overall impression was very negative. We were completely disappointed. We always left good tips at this café and wanted to return, but today we had no desire to do so.

We ordered a pizza and were told it would be ready in 10 minutes. To pass the time, we ordered coffee and dessert. However, the coffee took 15 minutes to make, and we ended up waiting 40 minutes for the pizza. To make matters worse, it seemed like they completely forgot about us. We didn't hear any apologies and saw no sign of remorse. Throughout this time, a cleaner was wandering around mopping up in random spots. What was once a decent establishment has turned into a dreadful, low-quality cafeteria. Now, I'm questioning the cleanliness of the kitchen and am hesitant to try the pizza. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered pizza, salads, cocktails, and meals for the kids. The pizza was delicious and arrived right away. However, we waited two hours for the salads, which were not tasty. The kids waited an hour for their food, which was just fries and nuggets. Is it really that difficult to prepare a salad and fries? I do not recommend this place.

Very rude staff, the waitress probably came to work without a mood. I have never seen anything like this before. I didn’t make an order, and probably this young girl didn’t have to. She just came here to spend time. But don't work Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We visit this place every year during our vacation; it's a family tradition. The restaurant is amazing, the pizza is very delicious, and all the other dishes are fantastic as well!
