The Wyndham Arms - Mid Devon

We revisited this pub after receiving a warm reception from the owner and staff during our last visit. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the food was excellent! The pub has a cozy atmosphere with a fireplace for colder days, but this time we opted to sit outside on the garden terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather. The cider was perfect for a hot day. The friendly waitress checked on us after 20 minutes to see if we needed anything. The owner and staff continued to make us feel at home, and the food we ordered was delicious. We were impressed by the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere of the pub, as well as the friendly locals. Thank you to everyone at The Wyndham for doing such a wonderful job!

Fantastic pub food! The service was excellent and the portions were generous, perfect for hungry festival-goers. And the best part? It's budget-friendly. The beer was also very enjoyable.

Beautiful village pub. Thank you for having us. Popped in mid walk to see if they were serving food later in the day as we were staying in the area. They served food until 8pm but was on a reduced menu due to change over which was perfect for us. When we returned it felt like we were greeted with open arms and great friendly service. We both had the chicken burger and it was amazing. Would recommend to anyone in the area for great service, food and beer. Also the dog if your lucky will appear and he's lush.

Down fishing Goodiford Mill for the weekend the Wyndham is close by a good but very busy but back again tonight for food and drink
