Starbucks - Middleburg Heights

I ordered a venti blonde with five shots of espresso, sugar, cream, and caramel on ice. You can't really go wrong with caffeine and sugar at Starbucks! Overall, my experience was quite positive. The customer service was fast and friendly. Although the drinks were great, it was the excellent service that truly stood out.

I absolutely love the atmosphere of this place! There's a strong focus on LGBTQ inclusion with materials displayed throughout, and the gender-neutral bathroom is a great touch. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the drinks are fantastic. It's truly a win!

As always, my experience was excellent! I had a hot white chocolate mocha, and it was so good that my husband even enjoyed it.

Very friendly workers, rarely move orders, tight on the inside as they share the building with Chipotle, but still plenty of space to chill or work and it is usually always clean. If ya like SB, this location is highly recommended.

The baristas seem very overworked and under-supported by their management.
