Domino's Pizza - Middleburg

We usualy order froom Papa Johns but thought we would give dominoes a try. Quickly got my order, but the food was just okay in quality. Not as good as Papa John's or little Ceasars. I'm not sure if that's usually how dominoes is or if we just had an offnight. Also the pizzas were cut all janky.

I have had issues with my orders at this restaurant almost every other time I have visited. Because of this, I have decided not to return. The mistakes vary from receiving the wrong salad or pizza, to missing plastic ware and napkins during my lunch breaks, leaving me with messy food and no utensils. Despite always enjoying their fresh Caesar salads in the past, my last visit left me disappointed as half of it was wilted and brown. I reached out to corporate in the hopes that they could fix these issues, as this restaurant is convenient for me. However, after waiting a month, all I received was a replacement salad. It seems that as prices have gone up, the quality of the food has gone down.

Do not bother ordering from this restaurant! If I could give them zero stars, I would. The service keeps declining. I will not be ordering from here again. When you call, you are redirected to an Indian call center. This restaurant is consistently disappointing.

This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. It had been some time since I last placed an order, and when I called tonight, I was shocked to find out that my call was being directed to a call center in a third world country that was unable to take my order properly. I cannot understand why they would route orders overseas when the restaurant is just down the street. I do not want to hear any excuses about lack of workforce or short staff – this is just a terrible business decision. It is mind-blowing and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning as a customer.

I always go to this Domino's, and this Middleburg location has always taken care of my order and the food is always so delicious. I like to order through the Domino's app on my phone. Coupons are ALWAYS available, just take the extra coupleminutes to search through and see if anything matches your order or could. I always have savings within my orders!
