Trailer Pork Bbq - Middleburg

Our landscape architect recommended this restaurant, so we decided to check it last night when we wanted a barbecue. It's a winner! Almost half of the tables were filled, but they were not so busy that we had to wait. We ordered at the counter, filled our drinking cups and sat. Our food was brought out almost immediately. It was hot and fresh, and oh so good! Foods that should be crispy were crispy and things that should be hot and tasty were hot and delicious. Brisket is not available now because it is too expensive. We pulled pigs and Spareribs. They were delicious – the best ribs I ever had! The flesh fell from the bones. The spice rub was perfect, and their barbecue sauces on the table added some great flavors. We definitely go back and we think you will like it too!

Real BBQ. This place is not fancy but the food tastes great. This is about the only local place in this area that serves BBQ. Had a few business meetings here and they are always so nice to us. Here is a secret... Ask for the banana pudding. Super good on a hot day.

From what the four of us tried, everything at this restaurant was delicious. The pole beans brought back memories of my grandmother's recipe – it was truly a delight. The staff was incredibly friendly and very attentive.

Here in a mood, during the ride. found the service to be friendly and fast. We have the three meat combo dinners (Ribs, turkeys and sausages) and one side of corn-Nuggets. All meats were top notch and tender. The sauces were also excellent as the hot mustard was by far the best I had for a long time! This is an absolute favorite!

We live right on the street of Four Trees and absolutely love their food! We had them cater our wedding in March, and it was incredible! Not only are their prices reasonable, but the food was also perfect! Thank you, Ricky!
