Mcdonald's - Middlesboro

The new Blueberry muffins were great! But it wasn't as good as before. I like her sweet and it was really bitter this time.

I ordered 2 mcdoubles and ask for extra ketchup and pickles, when I got my order and sit to eat it with my daughter the burgers bread was hard and the one sandwich didn't have the extra ketchup or pickles I asked for... I took it back and ask for fresh sandwich and ask for the extra topping the manager said it had extra topping on it and that next time she couldn't replace the burgers... I don't know anyone who wants to eat hard bread... This will be the last time I will be eating at this McDonald's

This location was super busy the day we stopped by on way back from a trip. Drive thru line moved quickly even though it had lots of cars. Food was good. No complaints.

HORRIBLE! Just came through the drive thru where we ordered my son a quarter pounder with cheese and heres what we had once we were home. I attempted several times to call the store, ofcourse no one answers. I wasn't even looking for a refund simply to make the store aware their cooks aren't cooking the food thoroughly. Raw burgers from McDonald's yummy.

This McDonald's consistently gets my order right, and the staff is wonderful. I've visited several locations, but I would highly recommend this one on West Cumberland Avenue. It's fantastic!
