Middleton BBQ recently catered our company party and the food was to die for! We had a smaller number of guests than what Brian was used to and to say he went above and beyond for us is an understatement. Within the first hour of our party, we went through 4 1/2 lbs of the sliced beef brisket. Brian's homemade Alabama White Sauce is so incredible, I've had dreams about it : It's seriously that good!

Middleton BBQ catered a welcoming dinner for our son's recent wedding. Brian and Darlene were great to work with providing recommendations for sides and quantities. They did a fantastic job providing North Carolina vinegar style pulled pork BBQ ? a special request from our son. We had ample food for a very hungry crowd. I was pleased to at numerous positive comments from our guests. We were so glad to have found them for our event.

BEST Madison Wisconsin Catering We had Middleton BBQ Company cater our wedding rehearsal dinner. Brian and Darlene were prompt, professional, personable, super on the ball and great to work with. Brian had the food hot and ready at the time we requested. We catered brisket, chicken, mac 'n cheese, watermelon, salad, and cookies. All of our guests commented that it was some of the best brisket, chicken and mac 'n cheese they have ever eaten. The food was really amazing. Hire Middleton BBQ Company to cater your event!
