Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely the rudest customer service I understand being short staffed and understaffed and nobody has staff but to not acknowledge somebody for six minutes and make them leave because you refuse to even make eye contact with the person is just rude. You could have just said I will be with you in a minute. I am running behind, but now I will not be making a return to this location.
Super busy on a Sat. I think they are lacking help like most businesses. We didn't mind the 30 min wait for 3 drinks but we ended up leaving without our egg bite order. We watched the new guy take them from the showcase to reheat them. Yikes!! Gross...we just walked out. I did feel bad for the employees. Oh, and the bathrooms we pretty scary. One door to the entire bathroom would not even shut. The other was nasty.
My hot chocolate took forever to make because Steve was being rude to other customers and causing distractions. I can tell that no one likes working with him. Incredibly disappointed with the fact that Steve is still employed here. Super unhelpful. One of the few people that deserve to be yelled at by Karens.
Great baristas however I had a small window of time to grab a much needed coffee and be on my way to the other side of town. Everything was great until I picked up my drink and realized they made it wrong. Even after asking if they had oatmilk today and having it printed on my drink order my latte was made with milk. Nita big deal if no dairy was just a preference and not a dietary need due to allergies. As I was already on my way with no time to turn back I am now stuck with a drink I cannot enjoy. Not too mention out $6.00.
Great coffee, breakfast items and treats. Lin was long for the drive thru, but moved quickly. And, can you believe their employee benefits!
