Fratelli's Italian Seafood - Middletown

Everyone in our party enjoyed their order accept me. I am picky with Italian food as I grew up in Europe eating authentic meals with much of my time in Italy. My entree was over salted and very greasy. The atmosphere is a little bit loud and reminded me of modern Olive Garden. The atmosphere of the restaurant was not Italian and I felt pushed through the dining experience, like getting there, seated, eat pay, now get out! I have nothing against those Olive Garden or Fratelli’s food dining establishments but for me it’s not the Italian dining experience. The service was very nice and friendly but seemed overwhelmed.

Wow very yummy and nice Big Papa portions. I knew when the house salad came it was time to “Fasten your seatbelt and enjoy the ride” or in this case loosen that bad boy. When the entree arrived (pork shank) I think I accidentally tinkled. So good you won’t be disappointed. Forgot to take picture of dinner entree. Think I got dizzy lol.Food: 5/5

Simple top notch Italian and seafood coupled with world-class customer service from beginning to end! Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly host. He indicated that they had somewhat of a wait for table which did not surprise me for noon time on a Sunday. He indicated that I could immediately seat myself at the bar if I wanted- which I did.Justin, Bartender and Server as well as Heather. Both associates were absolutely outstanding with their customer service skills and etiquette.For lunch, I ordered Chicken Piccata w/Steamed Broccoli House Salad with fresh grated Romano Cheese and Fresh Baked Seasoned Bread. I accompanied the meal with a Sam Adams Seasonal Cold Snap and Water with No Ice and Lemon. Heather, helped fill in for Justin who swamped with a huge table. Unfortunately, they ran out of the Cold Snap on tap and the 3/4 full glass was given to me as a gratis and I also ordered a Flying Dogs Snake Dog IPA! I also ordered plain house made Cheesecake to go!I was referred by a friend along with two other restaurants but I am so glad that I chose Fratelli's. My friend indicated that they are very busy all of the time, so I was glad that I beat most of the rush. Plan to arrive as soon as they open if you have a party greater than two. All of the food is prepared from scratch on-site and the portions are generous and the quality of the food is exceptional. The service is world class and everyone works as a team to keep it moving and keep you happy and smiling! The bathrooms are clean and well maintained.Try Fratelli's Italian and Seafood... You will not be disappointed!Returned again for dinner on 07/01/2023. Maggie R. was our server and she was extremely pleasant, friendly, courteous, and happy to help. She took the time to explain several things about the establishment and management. I asked to speak to Heather, Management who remembered me from my initial visit. It was great that Heather took the time to interact with my wife and I. For dinner, my wife had the Chicken Piccatta and I had Chicken Oscar. Both of the entrees had nice portions and were cooked to perfection! In addition, this is the ONLY restaurant out of thousands that doesn't allow employees to be on their mobile devices which definitely kills productivity. Moreover, the employees work in harmony and symphony to clear and properly clean tables faster than any other establishment that we have ever been to. The experience here is genuine and top notch PERIOD!Kid-friendliness: Kid and family friendly restaurant!Parking: Plenty of parking in the strip mall parking lot.

Fantastic Italian food. Great service and quick seating if you have a reservation. Several things on the menu looked delicious. We will definitely stop back next time we are in the area.Food: 5/5

Worst service and **** Mary ever. The **** faste like dirt dish water. All we did was ask for salt pepper and old bay to make it better. I guess we offended the bartender who was just awful. We asked manger for help. He says. II’m not the bar tender screameing. Crazy. Nvr again. Avoid it!!!
