Kfc - Middletown

There is a lack of consistency in the chicken breast meals I order. Was there the other day. Again the white chicken meat was too tough and the coating, extra crispy, was not on the chicken breast but had fallen off and was not crispy at all! A cookingproblem? Someone needs to supervise the cook! Also, some autistic adult was turning the lights off and on and laughed about it!!Anyone in charge at Middletown KFC?

Does any Fast Food Restaurants here in Newport, take there business seriously. Freaking cold chicken sandwiches?WTF!!! KFC??? You have no competition and you still suck!!! Charged me over 15 for 3.00 service. There is no time stamp or date on colEslaw; as it tasted old. If I get sick, I?m suing KFC. Would NOT eat here again.

KFC saved the day!! After spending a miserable day in Newport, rejected by countless restaurants, saying that they don't serve food or have astronomical waiting times, we saw this jewel on the way home. Now I was with many KFC and that was the best experience and the best staff with the best food. The chicken at this point was simply the best at all, not over cooked or undercooked. Only the right amount of snack on the offers. The staff was so nice, especially the Lord who worked the register. Nothing bad to say, the colonial strikes again!

I visited on May 31, 2023, at 5:15 PM, and I just have to say that the girl at the counter was incredibly beautiful, friendly, and helpful! In an era when businesses are struggling to find staff, your Middletown, RI location is fortunate to have her. She truly represented your company perfectly. The staff was very polite and helped me find the best deal for my order. However, it's just fast food, so what can I say?
