Taco Bell - Middletown

This location is the worst. I waited over 30 minutes for an appetizer that I had ordered in advance. The staff seems indifferent and appears to have no clue what they're doing.

Hello! If you're going to call someone a weirdo from behind a window, please ensure they can't hear you. It's quite unkind. This happened just because I declined sour cream. The food took an age to arrive, and the staff were quite rude as well.

This place really ought to consider closing down. The wait time is between 30 to 45 minutes, and the staff seem indifferent. Make sure to double-check your order, because I'm certain something will be missing.

Whether I stop at this location myself or attempt to order....this location just isn't it. They constantly give the wrong items, take extremely long, and almost NEVER provide sauce in the bag. Why ask what sauce your customers would like JUST to turn aroundand not put it in the bag ?
