Firehouse Subs Midland Northpark

$60 for subs that have instructions written in all caps with stars next to them indicating "NO PICKLE" on every sandwich. Every order contained an unwanted surprise. Additionally, BBQ sauce leaked from the bottom of the takeout bag (not due to handling; it was clearly sitting there). I spent my evening cleaning the mess from the inside of my car. You can do much better than this.

The restaurant needs to improve its cleanliness, as my wife's sandwich had a large fly in it.

I absolutely love their meatball sub with mac and cheese! The limited edition BBQ Cuban is also excellent! The staff always remembers me whenever I visit and already know my order. The restaurant has a beautiful and well-designed atmosphere!

So I ordered by DoorDash because I'm taking care of my older mother. When my order arrived, I didn't get a bag of my chips and no groomed paprika on my sandwich. You expect you to contact DoorDash, but Firehouse prepares the food. You need to double check and ensure that the order you send is correct. It's Firehouse's fault and not Door Dash and I love Firehouse, but that happened before I ordered the restaurant.
