Great BBQ should be one of the best in Texas monthly! Very friendly staff!

Where should I start? I love Texas BBQ. It was in the area for a flight. I wanted to stop with my kid. They showed brisket and ribs dinner on the online menu. As soon as I was there, that was not an option. Had to order after the cut. There is a strict language barrier. Mostly. Pushed forward and ordered a disc seal and 3 ribs. My child made the same Brisket 2 ribs plus a sausage. With beans a s coleslaw my total was $86. The bride was good. Nothing spectacular I would expect at Dickeys (heated). The ribs were not to eat. I had to use my knife to cut the meat off. The beans were shortlusters/just beans. Coleslaw reminded me of the KFC style. BBQ sauce was probably homemade as I had tasted nothing similar? I tried to tell the waitress about the ribs. Language barrier again. I love paying good money for good bbq. I wish I had a bbq sandwich from McDonald?

Got to my 41. Birthday sat and expected a first class BBQ. What I got was best moderate. For $21 a pound, I really expect every piece of meat to be cooked properly. The brisket with a decent smoked taste was extremely dry. The ribs were the same. Good taste, but dry. The sausage was probably the best part of the meal. I had even worse, but I had much better.

Delicious BBQ. Sausage. Brisket. Ribs. Only open Tuesday thru Saturday I think. No rolls. They have ice cream.
