Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Midland

Went through the drive thru with my friend and they were extremely rude. The guy on the head set barely said a word and after saying an item he would say anything at all. When I got my food he just handed it to us without saying anything. Horrible service

First time at this location. Really like rosas when I can get some. Claudia who happened to be a manager was so rude. She was shoving the bag through my window even after I told her that it wouldn’t fit. I asked her for a separate bag and she snatched the order out of my hand and roughly separated my order. She was unnecessarily rude. I understand that she may have to have her drive time down and help people in a timely manner but none of that matters if the customer service is horrible like Claudia’s today. And I’m just baffled that a manager would do this. She should definitely know better or maybe they just promote or hire anyone at this location. I kept my manners because I had kids in the car.

Great place nice seating choices to your comfort great choices of salsas it has its on little salsa bar which I named it .Love the Margaritas.and that its a Taco Tuesday. Deliciosas sopapillas..I recommend it for a night out anytime of the week everything on menu has a unique flavor.Food: 5/5

This place is pretty pricey for the food they sell.The atmosphere is great, you can dine out doors in the shade.The service is not too good since they do not speak english.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu

When ordering I explained I have an allergy to poultry . I ordered beef fajita plate and beef fajita burrito. I eat inside , not thinking since I was starving at this point I started eating and not paying attention to my food. When I finally noticed there was some chicken on my plate and the manager is apparently off the young girl at the register said what do you want me to do I can't remake your food cause you ate some of it. I was furious she didn't asked me if I was ok or anything. I said you know what I don't want anything from you except to be careful when u make someone's food who has already alerted you that they have an allergy. I often come here with friends after this , I think there are many much nicer establishments we can spend our money at.
