Costa Coffee - Midlothian

Was greeted by a smiling laura, which served me quickly and efficiently, coffee and cake was nice, no complaining here. mike the manager also chatted when he cleaned a table close to him and asked if everything was in order and how my day went. absolutely great,...fab atmosphere and pleasant visit. thank you. 5 stars to their shop and personal mike!

We called and our coffees were ready in literally seconds. I have to say the coffee was watery and quite tasteless. very sad when I used to be a real Costa fan. pie was good.

I came into the load and the assistent observed how I understood on my handy. When I approached the counter, she took away my screen. When I told her that I had already done it, she snared me that you said it...again. their attitude was horrific and I will never enter this two again. it was an absolute scandal.

Clean and tidy. nice design. good selection of cake recommend areo rocky rock. friendly staff. thank you.

I left my purse in Costa last Sunday and didn't realise until the next day when I had a phone call from Mike. He had tracked me down via another card in my purse. He then sent my purse back to me by registered post,...free of charge. I am obviously very grateful to get my bank cards back, along with the cash which was in my purse. Such good customer service is really appreciated, thank you.
