The Joy - Midlothian

After ordering and waiting 3 hours it was so disappointing, the chips were undercooked, the shredded xhicken was like rubber, the lemon chicken was dry and the peking spare ribs were not what i expected, dry, over cooked and bland unlike any other spare ribs, ive had. A replacement sent after half an hour, food warm but left a horrible after taste in my mouth like i had sucked stale grease through a straw, no replacement ribs. Totally disappointed from start to finish. Kelly was great on the phone but wont be ordering again even after offering a reduction next order. Food was disgusting to say the least. That is the second time we have ordered a meal from the joy express and it been terrible and when you phone to complain you get very little response. We will never use the joy express again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
