Chicken Salad Chick - Midlothian

I?ve been coming here since it opened and at first it was great the last two times I?ve had to cut a worker off to get their attention after 5-10 minutes of standing there watching others after me be helped and just completely ignored. The service has gone down. I?m very disappointed. I asked for a receipt and the lady couldn?t even give me that. Like just wow. Wish I could speak to the owner or manager cause this was just absolutely a shocker how rude and down the service has gone since opening. Definitely lost me and my family?s service. Sad I?d rather drive an hour away for food then come here again and be disrespected and belittled.

My friend in Georgia raves about this place. I've passed by a few times but never stopped in. Today I decided to give it a whirl. First of all Trey greeted me as I entered the restaurant. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made recommendations. The manager overheard our conversation and she advised I could try any of the salads I was interested in. I like that concept. I tried the fruit and the onion based flavors. Both were amazing. I paired my order with broccoli soup and a drink. They even give you a little cookie. Yummy!!!! I'm a fan.

I was hungry and decided to go here. I don 't normally eat chicken salad, mainly because I don 't know how to make it. Either way, I went here and couldn 't decide on the traditional or the BBQ . The worker was more than happy to give me samples to help me decide. I ended up with the BBQ and got it on a sandwich with toasted bread. The sandwich was REALLY good and I have no idea how the F they toasted the bread to where it was smooth.. Magic I guess. Anyways, this place was good and I recommend it. I 'm going to try the egg salad next time I go there and compare it to my homemade egg salad. Let 's see how they do : .

My daughter 10 year old) drug me in here for dinner. Surprised..... Super clean, Very friendly staff..... very surprised how good the food was. She got a scoop of Fruity Fran I think), and I got a sandwich scoop combo. Awesome food, and had enough to take home leftovers ! We WILL be coming back.. 5 stars, and deserves it.

Great place to eat but I went for a job interview today scheduled at 9:30-10AM. I went and had to wait outside bc they were closed. Come to find out they open at 10:30am. I was also waiting with this guy who was trying to drop off food supplies and needed manager to sign papers. So I called. Manager answered told her about my interview and they guy outside . told me to come back at 11. And went I left he was still waiting.
