Chick-fil-a - Midlothian

My wife and I ordered lunch, we ordered a great order to share Fries. We open the bag and the box is there, but it's less than half full. We're gone, easy and easy.

Went to Chick-fil-A for breakfast, food was wonderful, it was fresh and hot. The cashier was amazing he was polite and funny and very helpful. The only thing I noticed is that they stopped coming to the tables to see if you needed a drink refill and there was plenty of staff and they were not very busy. But I would go back.

Drive thru line is unsafe. Are these chicken sandwiches worth risking an accident, and what about all the wasted gas from these cars sitting in the slowest and longest line ever. I tried to exit the line but was unable. So I had to wait and wait. Never again. Yeah I tried to save time by using the app. So of course by the time I got to the one window my food was cold? 3 stars given for my delicious cold sandwich

The Chik fil a crew were very unorganized tonight. So disappointed in the service. Missing items in the bag. Replacement item not equal to item not available. No effort to compensate or make things better. Another customers bag fell from the drive thru window and the employee just put it back in the window like nothing happened. The bag wasn't checked to make sure all was okay or replaced. The employee seemed agitated when I asked for straws that were not in my bag. The kids meal didn't have a toy. The wait was way longer than usual. Tonight was not a good night at Chik fil a!

Worst chick-fil-a ever. If I can give them 0 star I would! Salad are not even the same portion as all the other ones! Same with the fries. They don?t pay attention to your order, there is always something wrong.ALWAYS! They are destroying Chick Fil A reputation.
