La Cucina - Midlothian

I visited this restaurant for the first time and it was a fantastic experience. I was with friends, and we are definitely planning to come back soon. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is a wonderful person and an incredible chef. This place is simply fabulous!

We are considering relocating to the area, and we decided to stop by La Cucina for lunch. The restaurant wasn't busy, so we were seated immediately. We both ordered the salmon, which was served in a generous portion with a lemon cream sauce and capers. We also got a side of spaghetti with meat sauce. Everything was delicious, and we plan to return once we move to the area.

The Italian menu offered a nice variety of options. The food was delicious, and there were great choices for both indoor and outdoor seating. A special shoutout to the waitress working solo; she expertly managed seven tables like a true professional!

We've eaten a few times in La Cucina. It's already awhile since we were in a restaurant, so we're excited that they're still open! In 2019 we had the opportunity to go to Italy and if you are looking for authentic Italian food you need to eat in La Cucina! You also have a wide selection of wines to choose. Service is great and you will usually fulfill one of the owners to ensure that everything has met your expectations! We're coming back!

We ordered lasagna and manicotti. Portion sizes were great. Food was hot great temperature. Enough for another meal. However it requires additional seasoning effort to give me the flavor you would want. My wife had a manicotti and I had the lasagna. When I asked my wife will she ever order again ? Her response was no way!! I have to agree with her.
