Madori's Liquor Deli - Midlothian

I had told several people they were going there all the time and never had a bad sandwich. From now on I went there twice and the sandwiches are excellent.

This review is about the deli: When I first tried this place it was delicious! That was a year ago- around summer 2021. Since then, I feel like it has gone downhill. Every time I order a sandwich, they get something wrong. Sometimes they leave toppings off or give me the wrong bread. Sometimes, the sub seasoning is great, other times, it's like they didn't shake the bottle- so I get mainly oil. It's just gotten so frustrating that I've stopped coming here. It's sad because, it tastes like their meat is fresh as is their cheese, but the bread is horrible! The bread for the subs is so dry and has no flavor! They do have fun DIY pizza, with marinara and cheese. The dough and the cheese are good, but the marinara needs more flavor. The marinaras are berkots is so much better. I might start mixing it up and getting that and then putting it on Madori's dough. I really miss this other sub place that was just north of the creek on Cicero- but it closed and I had to find another place. I was hoping this was it, but no.

I've been visiting this establishment ever since they opened the doors they have a deli in the back which I purchase anywhere from 2 to $300 a month and lunch meat they have a sign on the front door 20% off all orders over $20 on lunch meat every time I go in there the lady behind the cash register does not like to give the 20% discount I always order way more than $20 worth of lunch meat usually between $70 and $100 every 7 to 10 days I asked the lady if I could please get my 20% discount she looked at me rude and like yeah that is with the discount debit card realize that was an old card asked her if she could put $30 on the card and I would give her $35 cash she said that she didn't have time to do that and that would mess up her register well guess what they just lost a dedicated customer

Sandwich specials every day, great prices. Service friendly, no waiting.

A lot of change. Although they don't have exactly what I was looking for, I found many substitutions. Definitely recommend for alcohol selection.
