Wendy's - Midlothian

Very impress with this Wendy's location. Service and Food were 100% good. We chose to eat there and the resturant was so clean and inviting...they had table games thru out the resturant. Will be back.

Very nice inside. They have board games and charging plugs for all your electronics. The cashiers are nice and the service is faster than most Wendys. Watch out for that soda fountain though. It likes to spray everywhere.

First time in the dine-in and a terrible experience. The floor felt slippery I mention it to the worker and he didn't do anything. I order a pecan salad and my chicken didn't look good. I asked to get a new one and the manager said it's like that due to the seasoning on it. Not coming back here

Order 3039 We placed a big order thru the drive thru. When I received my food I asked if everything was in the bag and was told yes everything was in your bags. I drive home and noticed that I was missing a meal. I had to go back to the restaurant and waste my time and gas to get the meal that was missing. I spoke to the Mgr on duty about the mistake that was made. I explained to mgmt for one I never received my receipt, and when I asked if everything was in the bag I was told yes everything is there. Mgr on duty was polite, heard my concern and fixed my problem. I will go back but know that it?s very important to make sure receipts are given and your food is double checked. Remember drive thru is for people on the go, so please make the experiences a better one. MANAGER LIED HE SAID MY CARD WAS NOT GOING TO BE CHARGED BUT IT WAS AFTER 3 days still there. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER AND FAMILY.

My son got off late and we decided to drop by around 11:30pm for a 4 for 4 and $5 biggie bag. All of the food was old and cold. The fries were hard and the burger tasted like a mouth full of pennies. Just because it was close to closing time doesn't mean you serve your customers trash. I have my receipt, and the food and will be returning it tomorrow. This was absolutely ridiculous. Bad business
