Beans And Brews - Midvale

Without a doubt, this is the best Beans and Brews location I've visited. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The owner goes above and beyond to train the team in outstanding communication and customer service skills, and he is always available to address any questions or concerns. I've been a regular here for three years, often spending my Wednesday mornings enjoying coffee and reading. My husband and I also come here every Sunday morning for our veggie burrito and decaf Americano. We're a bit disappointed that the franchise discontinued our favorite vegan burrito (not their fault), and we're not particularly fond of the two new options, which is unfortunate. However, their Americano coffee is absolutely delicious!

Looking for a pick-me-up this morning, I decided to stop by this location. The quality has been inconsistent over the past few months, but I thought I’d give it another chance. Unfortunately, I regret that decision. I ordered a large hot Caramel Cielo with an extra shot, but what I received was just hot water with a hint of roasted coffee flavor—no caramel and no espresso. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and my team and I, from one of the larger businesses across the street to the south, have decided that we will no longer be customers at this location.

I dropped by for a coffee this morning and it was my first time visiting. The Americano was excellent, and the staff member who took and prepared my order was incredibly friendly. They even took a moment to ask about my plans for the day, which was a nice touch. It's refreshing to find a place that truly values customer service!

I love Beans and I am fully aware of the staffing shortages and busy times, BUT I got in the drive thru line with two cars ahead of me....took 16 minutes to order and receive my simple order. I was almost late for work thinking it would only take 5-10min at most (typically does). The girl at the window left as well so I wasn't able to ask for an ETA or let her know that I may have to take off even though I had already paid. No bueno ????

I am addicted to their mocha chino w/xtra shot and whipped cream. Nobody makes it like they do if they even make it at all. Coffee is just the perfect hot, hot, hotness, it is not sweet, and it is not bitter, it is just right. Great service out the take out window.
