Big Daddy's Pizza - Midvale

They weren't Jalapeño poppers at all; they really missed the mark. It was a disappointing experience.

The pizza arrived with a raw crust. I called the restaurant, and they assured me that the two pizzas would be replaced and that my phone number would be noted in their system. However, when I followed up, I was told that no one had recorded it. Their pizzas are overpriced, and it's frustrating to receive them uncooked. I would not recommend these branches at all—zero out of ten.

I placed an order online two hours ago and tried to call the restaurant to check on it. After being put on hold, I was transferred to another location that didn’t answer. The customer service is really disappointing!

I was charged for my order, waiting for 2 hours, just to drive and find that the load is boring and the message makes a story about how they hard earned human money while not in service! I need a refund that I have from my home surveillance that it was never delivered.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPIRED FOOD! My husband and I ordered a pizza and Soda off of Doordash. When it arrived, the food was cold and soda was completely flat. It EXPIRED in May! When we called to complain, the lady was completely rude and it was hard to understand staff.
