Ika Sushi - Midvale

This place is amazing. I was here last week and ordered the Vegas roll and it gave me goosebumps. So, I asked the waitress to just tell the cooks to make me something similar. She brought me a Baked Salmon roll and it was even better.

I ordered it to go and it was delicious. They put the sauce in its own container so i could put it on myself which kept it from getting soggy in the drive home. Would recommend!

Good service but food is overrated. Sushi doesn’t taste fresh.

Amazing Sushi restaurant! Completely recommend it, the staff was very attentive and wonderful. The food was worth dying for, my compliments to the chef!!! Also just recently went back and my waitress was a sweetheart she made us as comfortable as possible and couldn't talk well enough about her! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing. Their fish is always so fresh and you can practically taste the ocean on it (definitely with the sea urchin, which I HIGHLY recommend). The staff is always so kind and quick with serving our orders. If you miss the taste of fresh sushi on the coast, this is the best place in Utah.
