Itto Sushi - Midvale

I love the rolls here. The one in the coffin and the one the light on fire are my favorite

I must admit my bias on the service. My daughters work their. But outside of my bias the sushi is amazing! Simply one of the best in Utah.

There was a piece of short blonde hair in wasabi as I first put my chopsticks in. (None of us has blonde hair) I brought it to the server’s attention and she just swapped it out like it’s not a big deal. Two Firebirds had no sauce over it so they tasted differently. Great Sushi, Great Spot, Delicious Taste and Fresh!!! Zach was our waiter he really really was attentive and payed a lot of attention to me and our family. Great ambient and great place all around. The FIREBIRD was A TOTAL 110

Great service, good food. The place needs new floors…when u walked in there was ripped chairs…needs a face-lift
