Atena Mielec

I never in my life stayed in a hotel so clean! The rooms were oversized and spotless! The continental breakfast was delicious and had a large amount of selections. I was quite surprised! I ordered a cheeseburger for dinner and it was tasty and juicy! My fruit salad was out of this world see pic below ! The Waldorf salad with chicken was my favorite. If you want comfortable, exceptionally clean, and a great food. I would recommend Hotel Atena

This is a combined review, for both the Atena Hotel and its restaurant. We found the Atena completely by chance after a long day 's drive through SE Poland, and felt very fortunate. The hotel is a clean, modern business class hotel. (There is a large aerospace factory close by, so I presume many business people stay here. The real pleasant surprise was the restaurant, with what I can only call very elevated Polish cuisine. The Saturday night we were staying here, there was a large, very festive wedding in their hall, but still plenty of separate space, both inside and out, for other dinner guests. Very interesting selections. This is NOT a Polish mom pop cooking away in the kitchen, but instead a well trained chef. Had a warm chicken liver cherry reduction salad that I marveled over. Delicious mushroom soup. Very interesting combinations of ingredients. Best part was the cost: US$25 for dinner for two, including 2 rounds of beers.

Newly renovated restaurant with very cozy vibe, and warm atmosphere. Hotel rooms very large for European standards- even their Standard room is quite large. Service staff speak English, and are very pleasant. Food is out of this world. TOP NOTCH!

Bardzo czysto, pokój dobrze wyposażony. Pyszne śniadanie, dużo owoców, świeży chleb, słodka i smaczna kawa. Czego chcieć więcej od hotelu? Polecam!
