Papa Johns Pizza - Milan

I’ve given this place a few chances but it’s always something. This is the only place that will deliver to my address is the reason I still go here. But recently I’ve been ordering carry out. The food is always good. The store is always clean. But the service is never up to par. The pick up times are never accurate. Order a pizza. Quoted 10-13 minutes. Came after 15 mins to pickup for a plain large cheese pizza. Come inside just to find out they haven’t even started on the pizza. Like I said the food is always good but it’s always a wait and it’s the same excuse “I’m sorry we were busy”. Just to see the screen with nothing on it.

A HOT mess ! I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN ! THEY ACT LIKE ITS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR PHONE LIKE YOU CAN'T HEAR THEM , THEN WHEN YOU CORRECT THEM ON WHAT THEIR MESSING UP ON YHEY GIVE YOU A HARD TIME! THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT WANNA WORK ! WELL IF YOU NOT THERE FOR THAT PURPOSE THEN STAY YOUR DUMB SELVES AT HOME ! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE !
