I visited this location with my younger brother, and unfortunately, we had a really bad experience. The customer service was terrible; the staff was quite rude and the pretzels were dry. The only positive aspect was that my brother was happy. I would recommend going to the Auntie Anne's in Danbury instead. This was definitely the worst National Pretzel Day I've ever had.
