Dunkin' - Milford

I just left this Dunkin' and had a terrible experience. Right from the start, the lady on the loudspeaker was rude and unfriendly. She interrupted us, and when we had to repeat our order, her attitude was completely unacceptable. When we went to the window, the woman there was unprofessional and told us to speak up after I pointed out her behavior. She then dismissed me rudely, saying she could see my mouth moving, and closed the window on us. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin'. They were always understaffed, which made the service really slow. My breakfast order was incorrect, and the employees seemed incompetent and unhelpful. I definitely won’t be returning.

I discovered a dead fly floating in my coffee. When I went back inside, they simply poured the same coffee into a new cup. I would never recommend this disgusting establishment.

Sweet little dunkin' they should reduce all their places on the same way.

I used to rave about this Dunkin , but lately it is disappointing. The wait time in drive thru is so long and lately the inside has been closed in the morning. Since the new owners took over there has been a huge decline in service. Very disappointed!
