Little Caesars Pizza - Milford

I stopped by just 15 minutes before closing time. The lights were still on, and I could see the staff inside, but I was so disappointed!

Hot Ready? More like Not and Snotty! I went in just before closing time, and after waiting for an hour, I was told that if I hadn't already placed my order, I should turn around and leave because they wouldn't be able to help me.

It seems these people need assistance. I can't believe they only scheduled two staff members for dinner service. It must be overwhelming for them to handle pizza preparation, take orders, and serve customers correctly under such busy conditions. I've worked in the pizza industry for 13 years, and having only two people during a peak time is just unreasonable. The owners or managers should be embarrassed by this situation.

After waiting in line for an unreasonable amount of time, then being ignored when I was next to place an order, they helped a person that I was ahead before me.
