Bidra med feedbackThis place is owned by some cheap guy (possibly a desi) Who charges .75 cents for whip cream? it was a $1 canned whip cream that they used on my shakes. I ended up paying $26 for 3 small vanilla shakes!! What a rip-off… dont go here! I have never in my entire life seen a place charge money for whip cream not even mcdonalds does that ? And then she proceeded to charge me .75 again for a little chocolate syrup on top that too is the Hershey's one that i buy the bottle from the store for $2!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE!! NEVER COMING BACK
Went to get ice cream for me and my friend and there was a hair in the middle of my friends ice cream, the person there insisted it was ours but it was a black short hair, we both have light brown hair and my friends hair was up. The person asked if they could remove the hair so we can eat it but we declined and threw the ice cream away. First and last time going.
Ive been going there since they opened and the quality of their service and products have done nothing but improved. the staff is always reasonably upbeat and ive never felt anything but happy walking out of there. 6/5
Service was horrible. I went here today and the girl sitting behind the register was on her phone and looked miserable. I asked for a Beez Neez milkshake which I thought would be nice and thick and after I tasted it it was so watery basically like it was melted. I mentioned this to her and she says, Well we have measurements for everything and maybe the M&M 's you added to it made it watery lol which makes NO SENSE. I asked for a manager and she walked to the back nervously and then came back up and did not give me her name just her dad 's name and said well he 's gonna tell you the same thing. Sorry about that! I 'm so upset because I have have never been somewhere that doesn 't want to make the customer happy except here. She didn 't even offer to make it better... SO DISAPPOINTED!! I want my money back I paid $5 for nothing!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I inquired about a banana gap, but the banana they offered me was unripe and green. When I asked if they had any ripe bananas, they replied that they did not. I suggested that they shouldn't serve such unripe bananas, and they told me they don't ask for customer preferences; they just serve it with chocolate, which I dislike. When I tried to break the banana they gave me, it was impossible to eat, and when I asked if they could at least cut it for me, they said they couldn't help. I ended up leaving the banana untouched and walked out. It was a frustrating experience.
