This was the worst customer service I 've ever had at a Starbucks the guy up front wad just rude ad could be when the day before the man was a sweetheart but I will NEVER go in the morning again yall need better people

Ben was a great cashier fast, knows the menu well, fantastic customer service and conversationalist. Everything came out quickly, and the rest of staff was great.

It always feels as if I need to apologize to the baristas for interrupting their conversation. Aside from making the drink, they do not acknowledge you at all. Particularly the man with long brown hair, very rude.
