Mcdonald's - Mililani

Mililani Mauka location is a well managed McDonald's store. Alfred trained for Asst. Manager and does a wonderful job, the guest treated with respect and is also very friendly. Internal service is quite fast, along with double tracks Drive-Thru and 3 curbside pickup parking places

Where everyone knows your name (if you use the mobile app lol) they have my order right on this trip, keep it to people consistency is key.

In Walmart by the health aisles. Covid compliant. It was a slow day, walked right up to be assisted. Placed order and at next window our order was out in a minute. Quick and friendly service.

This was our second visit to McDonald's, conveniently located next to Walmart, making it easy to grab some snacks. I didn't have much to do during this visit. It's definitely easier to check your order before leaving. The kiosks are usually convenient, but they are currently unavailable due to COVID. The dining area is right there as well.

My wife, who is diabetic, was feeling a bit lightheaded because she hadn't eaten earlier in the morning, so she went up to the counter to ask about a Coke. The staff was incredibly supportive and attentive to her needs, and I want to express our gratitude for their quick assistance. We received our food within just two minutes, and the whole experience was professional, friendly, and efficient. Thank you, McDonald's, for your outstanding service! Mahalo and Aloha!
