Mod Pizza - Mill Creek

Outstanding pizza. Super nice employees. Very clean restaurant. Pizza is custom Made to order, super fresh ingredients. Baked fresh to order. Highly recommended.

Today I went there with my family and kids, after paying for two mega dough pizzas which taste great, plus tips, a tall lady (of color, I don’t get to know her name) called my name to pick up the pizza. She then asked me: “did you pay for the pizza ?” I said yes. Then she kept asking me the same question a few more times. I don’t know what she is trying to imply or she has hearing problems. Is it typical for your employees to ask customers if they already paid when picking orders? Or am I being picked on? Or she wants me to show the receipt? I have been to other Mod locations, never been asked this question. I can go on with other unpleasant experiences, but I will leave it here. I will probably never go to this location again.

I like the atmosphere here. Employees so nice and friendly. Making me feel very comfortable. Pizza is good too

This place is always great. Good atmosphere, great pizza. (And they serve beer) My 5-year-old daughter loves coming here and putting a sticker on the wall and getting a No Name Cake. Thanks for always being friendly.

I went in for the first time to get a pizza to celebrate, being cancer free. They were amazing and kind and made me feel really special even though this is just a normal day for them they made me feel like i was a big deal. I am extremely grateful for them and esteem for the act of kindness they showed me. This is definitely a wonderful location and the people who work there or not just making pizzas but making memories. Thank you guys and I can’t wait to come back and celebrate many more free Cancer anniversaries with you.
