Qdoba Mexican Eats - Mill Creek

Ordered for pick up and was VERY disappointed. I ordered chips and queso, and two burrito bowls. My queso cup wasn?t filled all the way so that was a bummer. My burrito bowl was also missing my veggies, and queso sauce. I had requested sour cream and it looked like they gave me a squirt of an empty bottle and all I got was a few drops, my husband had no sour cream on his even though he requested it. I barely had any chicken and the bowl was mostly filled with rice. Not sure if I?ll be back, I probably should?ve listened to other reviews but wanted to give it a try. If you do come here don?t order take out. Super disappointing to get home and see your food order is incorrect/incomplete.

Had just gotten off work and saw that this specific Qdoba not only was still open, but was very close to me! It was my first time here, and I was one of those annoying people that came in within an hour of closing ???? and man, it was busy! But they flew through the line, and the two men on the line around 9:15pm on 10/26/22 were so sweet and answered all of my questions, and made my food perfectly! Your kindness and generosity is very much appreciated. I will definitely be coming back, thank you guys so much, you?re the best! ????

They always have terrible customer service. Last night it was a girl with pink hair that helped me out and i was repulsed by her service. Not welcoming at all and snappy. They also start mopping the floors 2 hours before closing so even if you get there at 8 pm it already smells like bleach and chemicals...

Generally I'm a fan of Qdoba. Got food from this specific Qdoba today for the first time. This was easily the worst Qdoba food I've ever had. The service was fine enough but the chicken was burnt, dry and did not taste fresh at all. The chips were definitely not fresh either and also disappointing.

Excellent service and great quality of food. The selection is typical of these types of eateries, somewhat competitive to Chipotle in terms of variety of choices and menu items. Where Qdoba shines is the food quality and pricing. Clean and quiet so enjoying your meal by dining in is not an issue. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a quick and quality meal.
